An “rs” name is indicated in dbSNP ID if the SNP is annotated in CanFam 3.1. 1SNP considered twice with a different surrender SNP in order to detect it. 2Assay has been validated technically, although not genetically because all individuals have only the reference allele. 3ND (not determined), there are incongruent results: massive sequencing showed that this SNP was present at a frequency of 0.2 in all breeds tested, whereas it has not been genotyped through TaqMan OA plate.
