  1. Log2 ratio values obtained from oaCGH analysis of cell lines and calculated by raw FISH data are shown. For each cell line, a Mann–Whitney U test was conducted to evaluate consistency of data between both analysis methods (p < 0.05). In all cases, the mean Log2 ratio obtained from oaCGH and FISH was not significantly different (p > 0.32 in all cases), validating oaCGH results and demonstrating the utility of oaCGH in large-scale copy number analysis. Bolded Log2 ratios demonstrate significant gains or losses (Log2 < −0.234 or Log2 > 0.2)
