Example of vWDI genotyping in Kromfohrländer. Endpoint genotyping against c.7437G > A was used to identify the genotypes. Blue cluster = wild-type (WT/WT) with allele c.7437G, red cluster = heterozygous (WT/MUT) with both alleles (WT) c.7437G + mutated (MUT) allele c.7437A, green cluster = homozygous (MUT/MUT) with the vWDI related allele c.7437A. Controls of known genotypes were used in replicates for each cluster. Negative controls without template are shown in grey
