  1. Numerous genes were dysregulated in the cell lines when compared to the expression profile of healthy canine urothelium. The genes listed were selected based on their magnitude of fold change, oncogenic potential, and relevance in human UC (see superscipt letter a). The specific cell lines differentially expressing each gene are listed (fold change ≥2 or ≤ −2 relative to the mean expression of two healthy urothelial samples)
